In response to this feeling I’ve come up with this series of Open Hearted workshops to draw a chalk circle and say ‘Come in here with like minded people if you want to replenish your faith in what you do.’

There are fantastic skills to be discovered drawn from a lot of different sectors. I draw from business, creative thinking, spiritual practice, health, and the school of hard knocks to bring in the most ’stuck busting’ combo of tips and tools for creative people.

5. Planning - making little mudmaps for a saner approach to giging and writing and recording and holidays and…and…and…ALL the millions of things you do as a muso.

6. Support structures - coaches, mentors, counsellors, support groups, administrators.

7. Facing addictions and managing exit strategies.
